At Quickhosts, customer satisfaction is our priority!   Each of Quickhosts' web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee.   If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the monthly fees excluding setup fees, overages, or InterNIC domain registration.   Setup fee will be retroactively charged if waived or discounted in the original billing.   Setup fees are only refundable if the account order is canceled prior to activation.  Quickhosts must be notified within the first 30 days following activation.   No refund is available after the 30th day.   All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated.   Regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable.   Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

No Time Length Contract/Obligation Required

Quickhosts does not require a time limit contract or any obligation upon activation of your account.   Since we are so sure that you will appreciate the specialized services we can provide you with, we give you the freedom of signing up on a month to month basis.   Billing frequency is optional upon sign up or by customer request.   You may cancel your account at any time. There is no minimum contract to sign.   You will be refunded for any service not used.
